New Trend Alert: Front Tie Shirt from SheIn
I’ve been seeing a lot of shirts that tie in the front lately and I love them! I normally don’t like bows because it makes me look even younger (I’m 23 and people think I’m in high school) BUT I’m all for this trend. The shirt featured in this post is from SheIn. I love the black stripes because I just love black lol. I think black is the most sophisticated color ever and nothing can ever replace it!
Another trend I’ve been seeing lately is bell sleeves. While this isn’t your typical bell sleeve, it has the same kind of shape where it gets larger towards the wrist (“lantern sleeve”). I like that this shirt features the lantern sleeve because it’s different and I believe that bell sleeves will go out of style.
This shirt is literally made of the most comfortable material I’ve ever worn in my life. I’m not just saying that. It was super hot when I took these pictures but I didn’t feel gross and icky in this material.
Can we take a moment and appreciate how beautiful that highlight looks. Living for it. It’s Huda Beauty 3D highlighter palette in golden sands. I used the melted strobe and then added Seychelles on top.
Here you can really see what I was talking about with the sleeve. It has the bell shape but it’s more toned down. See what I mean?
It’s not pre-tied so you can tie it however you want. You don’t even have to make a bow if you don’t want to.
I paired this shirt with distressed jeans from Sophie & Trey because I wanted the outfit to be a little edgier. For my “pop of color” I stuck with a neutral, because I love neutrals. I barely have color in my closet. This beautiful tan leather bag from coach was a birthday gift from my mom and brother :).
Originally, I wanted to pair this outfit with boots, but unfortunately it was 90 degrees here in the sunshine state *insert crying emoji*.
