The Blushes That Have Me In A Chokehold

Blush has slowly become a staple in my makeup routine – specifically cream and liquid blushes lately! They are so pigmented and last way longer than a regular powder blush. Lately, I’ve been using a touch of concealer on my dark circles, then add foundation on top, and finish with a blush. I actually skip contouring a lot of the time because I feel like this method makes me look more youthful. Here are my favorite blushes!

Danessa Myricks – Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Flushed

Shade: Rose N Brunch

I just use my brush and stamp it directly onto my face, before I’ve used any powders. It looks beautiful on the skin and lasts all day long.

I love this so much I’ve got it in three colors! I know this is supposed to look more natural but I’m honestly not a “natural” “clean makeup” girl so I build it up. The way I love using it is actually on top of powder. I set my face with foundation powder and then put this on top. If I bake my face I don’t do that because it will lift the powder off. In that case I just put it under my bake.

Shades: Pinch Me Pink, Perfect Pink, Just Peachy

Honestly, perfect pink is literally just that – it gives you that TikTok filtered perfect pink color to the cheeks and I think literally everyone needs this blush! I think this blush formula is honestly so different, and kind of revolutionary.

Rare Beauty – Soft Pink Liquid Blush

Ok – super hyped up but honestly worth it. I add one dot to the back of my hand and use a brush to blend it in. They are so beautiful and so pigmented.

Shades: Happy, Lucky, Hope

I know people go wild for the Charlotte Tilbury liquid blush – it’s not my fave honestly, I just don’t like that color on my skin tone.

What are your favorite blushes right now?
