Desio is an Italian company that manufactures luxury colored contact lenses. They have lenses for those who just want to change the color of their irises, lenses for those who have astigmatism, and for those who experience either near or far sightedness.

At first when I saw them I was a little bit scared of how they would look on me. However, these are perfect for dark eyes! They enhanced the color so subtly and beautifully. Some contact lenses make the eyes look super fake and I didn’t feel like that was the case with these. It’s obvious this isn’t my natural eye color but I still love the look of them on.

Day 1 of my wedding was the Nikkah ceremony. I really wanted a doll eyed look so I opted for grey contacts and white liner. I felt like the grey contacts would match my outfit more but I was honestly torn between this and the color espresso. On the website espresso seems a little scary but honestly they look amazing on! I sadly don’t have a picture of me wearing espresso but I’ll share a picture below of me wearing the darker grey shade:

The lenses themselves are pretty thin so they are easy to wear and very comfortable. My eyes were not irritated at all during the hours of wear.

The next day was my reception ceremony and I opted for the green lenses this day because I just though they were fun and I actually really love this color. It looks super light when you get them but they actually complement my dark eyes and tan skin really well. I’ll insert a picture of me in them below:

I love the look of contact lenses and just want to try like every color!!
